The upstream cloud provider resolved the outage at approximately 653pm EDT. After additional monitoring, we are resolving this issue.

Our systems are recovering and processing the delayed inbound and outbound SMTP messages.

Some customers are experiencing inbound and outbound SMTP delays. Between approximately 12pm-5pm EST today, our upstream cloud provider implemented DNS changes that resulted in some messages routing through non-US regions, causing delays or failures. Our engineers are actively monitoring the issue and working with the provider to resolve it.

Identified

Engineers have confirmed most of Postmark's systems should not be affected by the upstream cloud provider outage. The team is closely monitoring and will provide further updates if issues occur.
